By using NearNode, you agree to these terms. We keep them simple to ensure transparency and trust.

NearNode provides headless infrastructure for physical asset routing. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the Edge Resolution engine (`/v/[slug]` routes).

Note: While the API and Dashboard are critical, the "Edge Resolver" is our primary SLA commitment, ensuring your physical tags always scan instantly.

You retain full ownership of your data, but you must not use NearNode infrastructure to facilitate malicious activity. Prohibited use cases include:

• Redirecting to malware, phishing sites, or exploit kits.
• Hosting or linking to illegal content under Swiss or International law.
• Content that explicitly violates third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to disable any Node (slug) immediately and without notice if it violates these rules.

VidiaI GmbH is not liable for the physical durability, placement, or printing quality of your QR codes or NFC tags. We provide the digital routing layer only.

In no event shall VidiaI GmbH be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You can cancel your account at any time via the Dashboard settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
